- JJJohnJan 5, 20265.0This is exactly how an outlet should be, rows and rows of products. Only issue we had was finding the product information after finding something we were interested in. Especially if the product was discontinued by Best Buy. But that was the only issue we had other than being overwhelmed by the amount of products available.

Plenty of laptops but they are locked up, so you'll have to really take your time and research in real time. Best to check their website for this location first, much easier then pickup. But definitely some good open box deals

I was told it did and the person tried hard to get me to pay for it over the phone. I waited until I drove out there to see the condition first. Guess what, no grill. I asked about it and was told that corporate does this to people! Don't trust Best Buy. They lie to you just to get a sale. After 20 years being a customer, I'm done with them and will never buy anything else from them. They owe me for an hour and 20 minutes of my time. Edit: They actually put me on hold for a few minutes, said they went and checked and lied to me, saying the grill was there. When I arrived at the store, they said I had talked to corporate, not the store, when I dialed the local number that was answered "thank you for calling Ocoee".

Warranties lol 110 % of the store is open box and if the customer before put in the warranty on that item guess what you have no warranty . By the way good luck finding help with employees on their phones & begin greeted upon entry . 0 stars will be more accurate. Don’t waste your time here not worth it at all
