  Lizzzzzayyyyy! GIRL! You made my day!! You certainly know how to turn a cloudy day into a bright sunny one! By far the nicest and most polite (in a genuine way) employee of any establishment I’ve been in the past 20 years. You glow, and thank you SO much for sharing a little bit of it with me. Oh, and she helped me find my favorite piece I’ve ever had!!!

  This was my favorite store until today!! I’ve been going here since they opened and met the store managers during that time, they have 3 stores and I’m registered with all of them, I even have 2 different phone numbers because they couldn’t merge them with their new system. Christina is so sweet and helpful and they moved her to the store at E silver springs, today a so called Liz or Lizzy was the rudest person I’ve ever met there in the last 4 years I’ve been going there. The new 50K Raz was recommended by a friend and the young kid there said he had heard bad reviews about it but I bought it. Today the device is 98% charged and full, I’ve never had a problem with them replacing any of my devices if they were bought within a week or less. I had bought a geek vape B60 and Christina called the manager without any hesitation because she saw the device was defective, I also purchased a lookah bear in pink and it came bent on the top where you screw the cartridges in and the young guy from silver springs store said come to our store and we’ll swap it for another color because unfortunately the pink was not in stock. This place takes lots of my money and I didn’t mind spending it at all. Today I no longer support this store and affiliations. Very disappointed

Sir or maam or who now’s these days lol I just want to say, your employees MAKE your store, all of them are absolutely the nicest most kind hearted people I have the pleasure of meeting on my weekly vape refill lol I am always meeting and greeted with a smile such kind words, for a gentleman who is currently going though a lot, that simple gesture means the world to me in so many ways, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Yall are more than just a smoke shop, at least for me. If I could leave 1000 stars in would. Keep up the amazing work Yall
