Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- RMrosemari martinez6 days ago1.0I visited this store yesterday to purchase a Define Jacket, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, the associate at the front did not acknowledge me—no greeting, no eye contact. I tried on two jackets in the open area, and not a single employee approached me to offer help or ask if I needed anything. When I finally went to check out, the associate at the register also didn’t acknowledge me until I was already standing directly at the counter. The whole experience felt dismissive and unwelcoming. This is not the first time I’ve had this type of experience at this location, but yesterday was the worst by far. I love Lululemon products, but the lack of basic customer engagement at this store is really disappointing.

We always wear Lululemon and have no issues as staff at other locations or amazing. Long story short she went into the store as I hadn’t even put on the clothing and it came ripped in the package. She asked if there was any way of exchange or even getting some store credit and they blamed it on us saying “I put the clothes on rough”. That is completely unacceptable as we’ve had issues at “Target” or even “Aritzia” and have always gotten treated fairly and not made felt an embarrassment to staff. I hope this store starts looking into customer service and learning how to represent their brand.
