  I bought a Janome 9410 at the Lakeland sewing expo from Scott. What an amazing experience start to finish. He gave me an amazing price. I told him what I was looking for he went over all the machines with me and helped me decide on the 9410. I then got to spend time with the machine and a Janome rep answering all my questions. They didn’t have any at the show and he called Jesse at the shop and they shipped it out that day and I received it the next day. I thought there were some feet missing so I called the shop. I spoke with Jesse. Absolutely amazing customer service he helped me realize I had all of my feet. They were just in the back storage container. When I finally got a chance to go through everything, I realized the extension table was missing the legs I called five days later, talked to Jesse and he had Scott call me back within 30 seconds And the legs were shipped out same day. Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time. I am so happy that I purchased from them.

  Marshall did an amazing job fixing my sewing machine—quick, knowledgeable, and super helpful. It’s running like new again! Highly recommend him if you need reliable repair service.

  Absolutely incredible store and owner! I cannot say enough nice things about this business and everyone we have interacted with. We bought a Sebo K3 from them about 6 months ago and the initial interaction was great but I am leaving this review now because I just called them to get replacement filters and their customer service is absolutely top tier! I was going to send for an Uber courier to pick it up but instead the gentleman I spoke with said they were able to bring it out to me. I am blown away by how thoughtful, sincere and trustworthy this company is. They earned themselves a loyal customer from here on. It’s not common for companies to truly take the time to care for their customers the way Citrus Sew and Vac does!
