  My wife and I have been customer's of Snyderman's Shoes in Naples for at least over 10 years! We would not shop for shoes any where else! From Bart to Becky, and all of the excellent employees in-between, there is a sincere attitude of caring that translates into the customer getting good service and the correct shoe, even if it means not making a sale at that time! Time and again, these folks want to make sure that the customer has the correct fit and the style of shoe that they were seeking when they came to this Store in the first place.   I absolutely love this store! Bart was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful and patient with us, which we’re so grateful for. The only reason for taking one star off is that they get quite busy, so you’ll need to be patient before you get helped and make sure you give yourself enough time, which is totally worth it!

  Had the honor of shopping here a few days ago—and it was old school in the best of all possible ways! I had a particular shoe in mind, and could tell from their website that they would have it. Walked in to find several owners/employees working with others so I picked up the shoe I wanted and waited my turn to be sized. A wonderfully experienced owner/employee was helping a customer who had all kinds of problems getting shoes to fit her feet. This customer was treated with such kind attention—I can't remember when I've last seen anything like it. When my turn came it was easy—shoes I thought I wanted turned out to be right for me, size I thought I needed was right. Got them home, wore them inside for a couple days, and yeah they are perfect for me. But honestly—I just loved knowing that if I did have issues, if I was someone hard to fit shoes to, I could go here and they would take care of me with their full attention and respect.

  Today I walked into this store to help my mother look for work shoes no one acknowledged me or my mother. I had to go search in the back saw a women and asked her for what we were looking for. She seemed annoyed that I asked her. So me and my mother left.
