- LMLynn MenkFeb 20, 20261.0Stopped in to purchase a white summer sweater. No one greeted us even though we were the only people in the store. Still no greeting but the salesperson did grace us with her presence to let us know the cashmere throw we were touching is $700. No “Hello” or “Are you looking for something” or “Can I help you” Store sales must be beyond exceptional for management to tolerate such snotty sales behavior.

The extremely rude sales associate proceeded to ask if we needed help, after saying no that we knew what size we needed she answered “Well if you think you know everything then and think you are a Large then be my guest even though they are different sweaters.” This immediately had us walk out. Left a bad taste and lost a sale.
