  My wife and I had an incredible shopping experience at LV, in large part due to Gavin. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and let us shop at our own pace. When we were ready to buy, he presented us with options that fit our taste and price point, which led us to purchase our first LV bag (The Neverfull). We couldn’t have been happier or more pleased with the experience. Thank you Gavin!

  After a frustrating and disappointing experience attempting to order through Louis Vuitton’s website, we decided to visit the Naples location in person. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and introduced to Jay Hebert. Jay immediately apologized for the inconvenience we experienced online and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was first-class. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful, ultimately assisting us in completing the purchase we had originally attempted to make online. This far, we had a very memorable experience and highly recommended this store, especially Jay Hebert for a fantastic buying experience.   Love coming here. Always get treated well no matter how i dress. I like to have my champagne even if i just stay there for like 10 minutes since i already know what i am buying before i get there.

  I make a purchased with a lady here. The order was need to be shipped to a different address. So I show her my driver license with the address in it. But She didn’t list my apartment number down. So I make so many phone calls with Louis Vuitton and also UPS. I called Louis Vuitton customer service 3x they always said the address has been updated and will call me back every time. But they didn’t. I’ve track ups they keep saying apartment was missing.
