Guillermo and his other manager refused to return a shirt saying it was damaged for having some pet hair on it and a small what looked like baking flower on it. I wiped it off and will be returning it at the other express in the area as it’s not damaged. Ridiculous process for no reason. Do not visit this location. People of the internet can you spot the damage?
