  Ordered a delivery for my mom for Fri 4/3 several days in advance. Saturday comes, no delivery. I call EA and I am advised that someone signed for the delivery. I tell her no one did, and she advises me that the manager and delivery driver in question are not there to ask and she will fix it on Monday. I asked her to call the driver and verify because Monday is after Easter and not acceptable. I call back an hour later to confirm my mom never signed for anything and I am placed on hold and then hung up on. I call again and I am advised that the driver says 'the lady was having trouble opening her front door and asked for it to be left on the porch." OHHH so NO ONE signed for it now? I told her that my mom lives in a gated community and the gate tracks every car and the no one from EA ever even came to the neighborhood, and that my moms door works fine and this never even made it to the right neighborhood let alone home. Well she says the driver is new. So the driver doesn't know how to use google maps? It's a very distinct address. After advising her that I checked with the guard gate I think she finally started to believe me and said she would get another delivery out later that day. Delivery was left on the porch later that day - warm fruit and half melted chocolate and flowers that were falling apart when the package was opened. It was disgusting and I will never order from them again. I think you have an issue with your driver, and when someone calls you to advise you their order didn't come I have two pieces of advice 1) don't lie and say it was signed for when it wasn't, and 2) believe people instead of making them feel like you are accusing the of lying.

  If I could give this store a zero I would. We ordered a nice platter with strawberry chocolates. None of that was delivered to us. When called the employee was rude and just told us she was sending the driver with what was missing without any consideration of the inconvenience. As if we did not have plans to leave to the gathering of our friends. Her solution was to hang up and don’t pick up the phone. When asked for a refund she said she will give half of the refund but not the refund entirely because I got something. Even though I didn’t receive what I originally ordered. I will never order from this store again. Nor I recommend anyone from ordering from here again.

  Ordered one for 90$! Naples store. I was very dissapointed for what I paid. Employee started arguing with me and wanted me to call my dear friend and count the fruit! Omg then the employee called my friend and of course she said it was lovely because she probably thought I paid 39$! She would not replace it! I did not want a refund just something nicer for what I paid for! Can you imagine the gall of this employee calling the recipient. The worst for me. Buyer beware of this location. Gone are the days where the customer is right and customer service mattered!
