  I had a really good experience today working with Joel while trying to buy my first Rolex. He was very easy to talk to, and didn’t make the process feel confusing or stressful. He explained how everything works, answered all my questions, and was upfront about the wait, which I really appreciated. I’m really excited for my first Rolex, and Joel definitely made the process a lot better.

  This is long overdue. Grady has been phenomenal to work with. His knowledge of watches is incredibly deep. I have learned a ton since I have been working with him. The watch I picked up earlier today is amazing. Outside the norm. Perfect in both its complexity and simplicity. Incredibly grateful he was able to source it and especially how quickly!

  Stopped in while on vacation with my wife and kids. I’m a watch enjoyer so hard not to walk in just to browse. I was greeted by Michael at the door and he asked if I needed any help right away. I wanted to try something on for fun just cause I like a certain piece. My kids are very young, and Michael was interacting with them, making them a part of this stop. Now, I wasn’t offered to purchase the piece but I feel compelled to write a good review just based on the interaction and conversation alone. There’s enough snobbery in the world of luxury items and I’m just happy this wasn’t one of those instances. Being treated like a person and having down to earth conversations (we were geeking out on watches, to be frank) especially when my children are around.
