We weren’t helped as much as stalked about the store as if we were going to steal something. The woman who came in as we were leaving was approached and greeted very warmly while when we came in were greeted from the very back of the store while being looked up and down. The attendants in Zimmerman were much friendlier and not condescending like the attendants here. Honestly abysmal experience. I buy Ralph Lauren regularly but don’t have a store near me and since I was in vacation I thought I would come look at the new collection in person. Unfortunately instead I was profiled and followed around. Loved that.
