- RHRafael HerreraMar 8, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Polo store. I was browsing and tried on a sweater that I liked, but I had already decided not to buy it. One of the employees approached me and insisted that I should take it. She even pulled out a calculator and told me the sweater had a 15% discount and showed me the final price, which convinced me to buy it. However, when I went to pay, it turned out that the discount did not apply to the sweater at all. Apparently, the 15% discount was only for the shirts displayed below it. They called the manager (a woman with black hair) who had a very rude attitude. She spoke to the employee and came back to tell me that the employee had made a mistake. After I had already waited in line to pay for a sweater that I originally was not even planning to buy, and after they themselves convinced me to take it using a calculator to show me the “discounted” price, they simply said it was a mistake. This is very misleading and unprofessional. Horrible customer service.

Once I saw what the did, I felt so disappointed. My 2 year old son could have done a better job than the store staff. That is not the expectation when you buy at a store like this. I felt like I was buying from a low class store. The hole is not even centered and is bigger than the others. If the staff would have told me that it was not going to do a good job. Then I would have not accepted to do the hole with them.
