  i usually don’t write reviews, but its very disappointing that the few past experience on my recent visit to this Marc Jacobs location. an associate wearing glasses followed us around the store in a way that clearly felt like profiling she’s done this multiple times which is very strange since i’m in there quite often. She is very rude & condescending when i inquire about pricing. Her overall approaches always makes the entire visit uncomfortable. This was especially frustrating because on a previous visit I was helped by a thin Black woman who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She created such a positive experience that I was hoping to see her again, but instead I encountered the associate with glasses, whose behavior was the complete opposite. Because of this inconsistency in customer service and the uncomfortable treatment during my latest visit I would recommend taking the drive to the Aventura or Brickell locations, where I’ve had much better experiences.

  Shopping at my favorite Marc Jacobs store is always a treat. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making every visit a pleasure. The store is beautifully laid out, with a fantastic selection of the latest collections. Whether I’m looking for a statement piece or something more classic, I always find something I love. The quality and design of Marc Jacobs’ products never disappoint, and this store is the perfect place to explore their offerings. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates high-end fashion!

  Today is my birthday and I wanted a specific wallet that was only available at this location and I'm in Tampa. I called and spoke with Cory. Cory not only confirmed they had the wallet he helped me order it, taking all my info and sending me multiple updates. Cory made this birthday a special one. Keep Cory around!
