I walked in asking about a replacement strap for my City Small bag and I was helped by the gorgeous Onyx and another beautiful advisor and they treated me like a queen. I walked out with a brand new strap and more admiration than I ever had for Balenciaga. This store is the definition of love and luxury and the staff is the best in the business.
