  Unhelpful. Nobody greets you. Allegedly they profile you. No sales associate offered to help me as I was looking for a bag to buy. I would not spend a penny here. I’d rather go to Bal Harbour location which actually has luxury customer service. I would not recommend buying from here. Workers look like they didn’t even want to me there. Unfriendly.

  DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. YOU MAKE A PURCHASE TO HAVE IT SGIPPED AND THEIR POLICY IS NOT TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER PAYING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THE TRACKING DETAILS. OK WELL THEN UPDATE CUSTOMERS ON THE STATUS OF THEIR PACKAGE SINCE CUSTOMERS C A N N O T TRACK THEIR OWN PACKAGE TO KNOW THEY WON"T GET IT WHEN EXPECTED. NEVER SPENDING MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

  First and Last Purchase: Bag Broke in Two Months, Customer Service is Ignoring Me This was my first purchase from Loewe, and I can confidently say it will be my last. I purchased a bag less than two months ago, and unfortunately, a crucial part of the hardware failed. Given the short timeframe and the price point of a luxury item, I immediately took it back, hoping for a quick replacement. Instead of offering a replacement, the store took the bag for repair. Since then, the customer service experience has been abysmal. They initially failed to communicate any timeline, and when I finally heard back, I was informed the repair could take up to three months. What's worse is the complete lack of communication in between. My attempts to follow up and get an update on my property are being ignored. Loewe has my brand-new, broken bag, is holding it for a ridiculous amount of time, and is refusing to provide basic updates. The quality of the product was disappointing, but the quality of the customer service is unacceptable for a brand of this standing. My experience is a clear warning: be wary of Loewe's post-sale support.
