  First and Last Purchase: Bag Broke in Two Months, Customer Service is Ignoring Me This was my first purchase from Loewe, and I can confidently say it will be my last. I purchased a bag less than two months ago, and unfortunately, a crucial part of the hardware failed. Given the short timeframe and the price point of a luxury item, I immediately took it back, hoping for a quick replacement. Instead of offering a replacement, the store took the bag for repair. Since then, the customer service experience has been abysmal. They initially failed to communicate any timeline, and when I finally heard back, I was informed the repair could take up to three months. What's worse is the complete lack of communication in between. My attempts to follow up and get an update on my property are being ignored. Loewe has my brand-new, broken bag, is holding it for a ridiculous amount of time, and is refusing to provide basic updates. The quality of the product was disappointing, but the quality of the customer service is unacceptable for a brand of this standing. My experience is a clear warning: be wary of Loewe's post-sale support.

  Hello! I’d like to know if this LOEWE store sells perfumes or only clothing and accessories. If you do carry fragrances, are testers available in the store? If not, could you please tell me where I can find LOEWE perfumes in Miami? Thank you very much!

  I wore a pair of sandals for five minutes and they gave me extreme pain. I honestly can’t believe I spent nearly a thousand dollars on sandals that feel this awful. Total waste of money. Never buying from this brand again.
