I appreciate him taking his time to look unlike the employee from last night that just turned around and said we are out of stock. Billy is the only reason I continue to come back

He’s actively training his staff on the floor and COACHING. This level of leadership is rare and I think this is why this location operates smoothly. Further more anytime I’ve given product recommendations or feedback Billy always makes it a point to drive execution through customer feedback! Kudos to World of smoke & Vape Brickell and to Billy!
