  Me encanta los vestidos, pero tienen muy mala atención y mala actitud con los clientes. Me atendió una señora mayor de cabello color cobrizo. (Cabello rojo o coper)Me preguntó si sabía el precio de los vestidos y si sabía que no los podía devolver, luego le dijo a la otra chica que le pusiera alarma al vestido que me iba a probar. Insinuando que me lo podría robar!. En base a que esta trabajadora se basa para saber si puedo o no pagar el vestido? El rango del precio los las caros ente $100-$190. En que se basa ella para saber la capacidad de adquisición de los clientes?? Por cómo andas vestida?? Algunas personas tratamos de salir con ropa cómoda más si tenemos un bebé de 4 meses. Pero me puedo comprar tantos vestidos quisiera en esta tienda!. Capaciten a la señora cabello rojo porfavor

  Horrible Experience. I've shopped many times at Windsor and never have I had such a rude experience. I bought dress from here for an event and ended up going a different route and wearing a dress from a different store. As I went to go return the dress bought from Windsor, the Manager, Emily she said her name was, went up to me while I was in line and said "we do not accept returns of dresses"NO WHERE IS THAT MENTIONED IN THE POLICY she then tries to convince me to exchange the dress for something else. When I bought this dress I specifically asked if I could return if I did not wear it as I'm aware certain windsor dresses and nonrefundable (this one was not.) Emily said there was a hair on my dress, however when i asked to see it, conveniently was no where to be found and she said the "tag was bent." please look at the photo to see the tag. She then told me "go back to gainesville to return this" as I had bought it from another windsor location. The manner in which I was spoken to was absurd, from a store centered around females and teenagers for a grown woman to be talking to another female like that. It is sad to see Windsor, a Brand I know and love is hiring such rude people- especially Managers. I'm disappointed in this experience and unfortunately will be returning everything in my order I bought and planned to wear on my vacation. I have worked in retail and am sure that she did not want to return this dress THAT HAS NEVER BEEN WORN! because she didn't want the store sales down for the day. It makes no sense how a dress I have never worn, and bought 2 days ago cannot be returned but can be exchanged. This is not how you treat customers. To take advantage is insulting when, after I returned my item I would've been happy to browse for more clothing. Please also note I purchased this dress 2 days ago. Windsor, I request you hire friendly and welcoming people. The situation is only a portion of why I am upset; but mainly the attitude given to me when spoken. As If I am less then her. Unacceptable.

  What a pleasant surprise! Didn't know this store existed. Happened to be drawn by an outfit when I was walking in Dolphin Mall. Went in and found really, very beautiful pieces at very accessible prices. The pieces are sold separately, so you can mix and match as you like. They have beautiful dresses too. The customer service was great too. Yusman (Sofía) was AMAZING! She knows a lot about styling and has great taste. Vale was also very helpful. A+ for this place. Definitely coming back!
