I’m only giving 4 stars because I wish the process was a bit more personalized, the price points are very high and I was expecting better service. Not that it was bad, but I wanted to start building a long relationship with Vacheron but instead it just felt like a cold transaction. Ever heard anything since or got any follow ups. Not good or bad but was hoping for a bit better service.
