- GSGlend Mejah SaláJan 19, 20261.0On this past Saturday the 17th I went to this Tommy Hilfiger store at Dolphin Mall when I went to pay I asked the cashier to hand me one of those parfum TESTERS to try on my clothes, BUT THIS GIRL WAS VERY VERY RUDE, then I asked to speak to the manager to complain since I KNOW THE TESTERS are always displayed on the floor, just like in the Tommy stores in Orlando and in Sawgrass, but when the “manager” came, she was a Latin woman with glasses age wise around 55 plus who I DONT KNOW WHAT THE CASHIER TOLD HER but she was ALSO VERY RUDE. I purchased around $1,000 in merchandise and THAT’S THE KIND OF SERVICE THIS TOMMY HILFIGER PROVIDES to paying customers. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I can’t believe they hire this type of people

I was treated in a rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner by both a sales associate (a blonde older woman wearing glasses) and the store manager (woman of Asian features). The situation was uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially coming from a manager, who should set the standard for professionalism and customer care. At no point did I receive respectful treatment. This experience falls far below the standards expected from a brand like Tommy Hilfiger. I have already submitted a formal complaint to corporate customer service and hope this issue is properly addressed so other customers do not go through the same situation.
