I agreed to pay for it, and when I went to use it today because my Gucci sunglasses were scratched, We found that Tatiana, the salesperson, had not included the insurance. They did not provide a resolution, which I believe is unfair because I thought that I paid for something, but this person failed to do her job. We wasted time listening to her about insurance, and in the end, we didn't have it. No one assisted me today and recognized that they should correct their staff' errors, but instead asked me to pay extra money.
