Compre unos lentes q resultaron defectuosos y cuando los vine a arreglar me dijeron q si se rompían en sus manos la responsabilidad era mía. Qué????? No bastó el ticket d compra ni nada más. Pregunte por un supervisor y resulta q no estaba. La Tienda de sunglass hut q está en frente a Bloomingdale’s en el Dolphin mall!!! No la recomiendo
- MTMartina TassaraOct 19, 20251.0Me dieron lentes defectuosos sin mostrármelos antes, cuando me di cuenta y los fui a cambiar la atención fue pésima, la gerenta súper maleducada y prepotente, me los quisieron limpiar y me los rayaron, la primera vez que los llevé me los dieron sin un tornillo. No les recomiendo esta tienda para sus primeros lentes, las vendedoras y la gerenta son muy maleducadas.
