I purchased a pair of glasses that turned out to be assembled incorrectly, and when I went back for help, the customer service was surprisingly unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a simple fix or exchange, I felt brushed off. For the price you pay, you expect the product to be properly put together and the staff to stand behind what they sell. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. They offered me to pay for the mistake and to wait two weeks for the new parts to arrive. I won’t be returning to this location.
