They showed no interest in resolving the problem or even properly listening to my concern. I then contacted customer service, hoping for better support. It took them over a month to respond. When they finally did, they simply told me they couldn’t help me. No solution, no accountability, nothing. For a brand like Steve Madden, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected better quality and at least basic support when there’s a clear product issue after the first use. Very disappointed and I will think twice before purchasing from them again
