  As someone who has spent my entire career in retail, I fully understand that any team can have an off day. Unfortunately, this location isn’t having an off day — it is consistently operating well below even the most basic expectations of a luxury brand. I have visited the Miami Design District store on six separate occasions. My first visit in 2024 was excellent, and I purchased two pieces of luggage. Since then, I’ve returned multiple times throughout 2025 with the clear intention to purchase additional pieces, including as recently as yesterday. Each visit has been the same experience: no acknowledgment, no greeting, no eye contact, no product knowledge, no engagement, and no ability to ask questions — only indifference and, at times, outright glares. Over the course of the year, I’ve seen different staff members, yet the attitude and experience have remained unchanged. I genuinely love the product and ultimately purchased the item I wanted through the website yesterday instead. I have no intention of giving this store my business going forward — and for context, I live in the neighborhood. I’m sure the brand is doing well overall, but this location is not contributing to that success.

  I visited the RIMOWA Store Miami today with the clear intention of purchasing one or even two suitcases. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The selection of available luggage was very limited, and there was little to no proactive consultation. The staff did not engage in a meaningful way to understand our needs or recommend alternatives. Most of the customers in the store appeared to be there for repairs rather than purchases, which gave the impression that selling products is not the primary focus of this location. Given the premium positioning of the RIMOWA brand, I would have expected a broader assortment and a more attentive, sales-oriented customer experience. As a result, we decided not to make a purchase. Overall, this store did not meet the expectations associated with a high-end brand.

  I had an amazing experience at RIMOWA! I want to especially praise John and Israel for their outstanding service. They were incredibly helpful, respectful, and patient throughout my visit. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process effortless. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism combined with genuine kindness. Because of John and Israel, I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. They truly represent the best of what great customer service should be. Highly recommend this store — and definitely ask for John or Israel! 🙌✨
