Foi uma grande experiencia. Extremamente prestativos além de educados. Já estive em outras RIMOWA, e esta realmente me surpreendeu. Gostaria ainda de deixar meu elogio ao John Buckley, que foi extremamente atencioso comigo.

I've had Rimowa luggages for over 20 years, and I travel for work. This review is based on a 2025 purchase of an aluminum Original Carry- on. After a few months and several trips, the telescope handle got stuck on the extended position. I had to force it to go down so I could board my flight. After getting home, I reached out to Rimowa service and the response I got was that I would need to send it in for repair, but it would take 6 weeks. The second option, I would have to go to a physical store (a two hour drive from my home into Miami). There the repair would be quicker. I called the store in Miami and the response was to call the online service and send my luggage in for the 6 week repair time. Not what I expected after my long fidelity to the brand.

RIMOWA Miami – Design District is luggage lust IRL 🎒✨ — sleek German engineering on display and solid service (repairs, custom tags, and buy‑back options) make it more than just a showroom 🛠️📍. Prices are luxury‑brand level and stock can be limited, but it’s a must‑see for travel gear geeks.

Went to the store for the first time yesterday to buy a gift to my husband. I was expecting a better customer service, everybody at the store seemed to be busy with something else other than give me and other clients attention. Nobody said hello, nobody said good morning or welcome at all. For a Miami Design District location I think we could have a better treatment... Felt the employees were not interested in answering questions or making any effort to show the products. For the money I paid, I think they could care a little bit more.
