Whoever that short woman working there is needs to get a new job. Customer service isn’t for her. She decided to cancel my order because I was simply trying to find out when my glasses were ready when it had been 24 hours. They were supposed to be ready after 2 hours. She made it seem like she couldn’t find my order and immediately when I got off the phone it was coincidentally canceled. Mind you I went inside the store and they had the glasses I ordered. Never going back to this location again.

Il m’a été répondu que je devais voir cela avec le magasin où je l’est avais acheté ( en France ) lol
Étant donner que j’était la pour 15 jours j’ai été très surpris de la réaction de mon interlocuteur
Du coup je me suis débrouillé tout seul
À mon retour le revendeur a pris de suis le boîtier sous garantie sans aucun problème alors que lui est un multi marque tu pas un revendeur exclusif ray ban 👍🏻
Après il est vrai que j’étais un touriste alors pas la peine de lui apporter une assistance le touriste ne reviendra pas consommer dans le magasin !!!!!!!

I had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life at this store.
I purchased Ray-Ban glasses here on December 26, and within only FOUR DAYS the glasses were already broken and presenting problems. For a product that costs over $400, this is completely unacceptable.
When I went back to the store to request a return or solution, they refused to help me. The staff treated me poorly, and the overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. The manager was absolutely useless and showed zero interest in resolving the issue or helping a customer who clearly received a defective product.
Trying to resolve this online has been a complete nightmare. There is no return email, no clear instructions, no support, nothing. Today is January 7, and I am STILL stuck with broken Ray-Bans that I paid full price for. I’ve called Ray-Ban customer service countless times, and I keep getting sent in circles with no real solution.
This has been a total waste of time, money, and energy.
Terrible customer service. Terrible store management. Terrible experience overall.
I do NOT recommend this store to anyone. If you value your money and your sanity, shop elsewhere

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. Calling this Ray-Ban store is pointless — the phone is almost never answered. On the rare occasion someone finally picked up, the interaction was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
I asked a very simple question: whether a specific pair of glasses was in stock. The employee refused to check and told me to “pass by and find out.” When I explained that the entire reason for calling was to avoid an unnecessary trip, she repeated herself, refused again, and then hung up on me.
This wasn’t a complicated request. Checking inventory is basic retail customer service. Instead, I was treated like an annoyance for asking.
For a premium brand like Ray-Ban, this level of service is embarrassing. If this is how customers are treated before even stepping foot in the store, I have zero confidence in how issues would be handled after a purchase. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values customers. #Rayban
