  I am eating the store a 5, because of Carlos!!! My husband and I were randomly walking along Lincoln Road in Miami and decided to stop into the Ray-Ban store to check out the new Meta glasses. When we first walked in, a Spanish woman with long gray hair greeted us. We explained that we were interested in learning about the Meta glasses, but unfortunately she immediately dismissed us with a very unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude. Thankfully, shortly after that we were helped by Carlos and the experience completely changed. Carlos took the time to listen to what we were looking for and answered every question we had. What started as just browsing quickly turned into us deciding to purchase not one, but two pairs of Meta glasses. Carlos scheduled us for a fitting appointment right before our flight, which was incredibly helpful. Carlos truly has excellent interpersonal skills. He was professional, patient, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. During our conversation we asked for the name of the woman who initially dismissed us, and we later learned that her name is Marilyn, the store manager. That was honestly shocking. It’s disappointing when someone in a leadership role treats potential customers so dismissively. Perhaps she judged us by the way we looked and assumed we weren’t serious buyers, which makes the situation even more unfortunate. Regardless, Carlos completely turned the experience around for us. We are very happy with our Meta glasses and grateful for the outstanding service he provided. Carlos should be the store manager!! Thank you, Carlos!

  Interacted with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member that made the demo process enjoyable, educational, and fun! When it started I had no idea how I would remember everything and by the end of the demo it was like second nature. He was very supportive and patient with me. Considering where this location is and how busy the store was, the experience was swift and excellent. If you are in the market for Ray Bans, I strongly recommend visiting this location.

  This store is simply wonderful. We came in with a problem and left with two beautiful new pairs of sunglasses. The salespeople were all incredibly friendly and attentive. Anyone needing sunglasses in Miami should definitely buy them here.
