I made the effort to visit the location in person expecting support, yet the issue was dismissed with minimal engagement. No follow-up or attempt to resolve the situation was offered. For a service-oriented business, professionalism should extend beyond politeness to include accountability, problem-solving, and meaningful customer support. Unfortunately, that standard was not met in this instance.
