From the moment I walked in, Ryan greeted me with a genuine smile and immediately asked what I was looking for. He asked if I was interested in sunglasses, clothing, or any accessories. He listened carefully as I described my style and vision needs, then guided me patiently through several frame options until I found the perfect fit. When I glanced over at the apparel section, Ryan enthusiastically pointed out combinations of Oakley gear that matched the style of the glasses I had chosen. What stood out most was how attentive he was. Mr. Ryan offered helpful input without ever being pushy, making it clear he was there to help me find what suited me and my son. His energy was positive and contagious, making the whole shopping experience feel less like a transaction and more like one friend helping another. If you’re in Miami and shopping at Dolphin Mall, I highly recommend you stop by Oakley Vault and ask for Ryan! He made all the difference (I bought 3 glasses and clothes lol) thanks :) !
