  From the moment you walk in, the service is outstanding: warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The entire team makes you feel welcome and truly taken care of. The store is beautiful and absolutely worth visiting — and treating yourself while you’re there 😉. Exceptional service all around. 10/10.

  I had a very disappointing experience today at the Miu Miu store in Bal Harbour. The manager and the sales associate, Anna, were rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. They also lied to me about the store’s return policy, claiming that store credit cannot be issued after 14 days — even though the official Miu Miu website clearly states that exchanges or store credit are allowed within 30 days for in-store purchases. It’s really upsetting to see such poor customer service from a luxury brand like Miu Miu. I expected honesty and respect, not attitude and misinformation.

  This place is absolutely despicable. I purchased a pair of shoes from them for full price, they sat in my closet in the box and in the bag for an entire week, I tried them up at home and quickly decided that I didn’t love them on my foot and wanted to return them the same day I brought them home. The sales lady who sold them to me was very pushy and quick at the store so I didn’t fully examine or get really decide if I want them, I thought to myself I’ll just try them on at home again and if I don’t like them I’ll return them. I bring them back a week later to return and they won’t take them back because they say that they are worn due to a few stretches on the sole. I was surprised at the scratches myself because they don’t look great and said that they have been sitting in my closet and now it makes sense why that lady was so pushy and quick, she was selling the last pair of some damaged shoe. The manager, and the assistant manager Josh, both very rude and dismissive, treated me very poorly and didn’t listen to anything I had to say, just kept repeating the same thing. All of my shoes are designer, many are miu miu and Prada as I find them the most comfortable , I have NEVER had such treatment before and I am absolutely appalled. I will NEVER be coming back to this store again just out of sheer principle of how badly they have treated me, sold me a pair of used shoes and then wouldn’t take them back a week later because they said they aren’t upto their standards.

  It is incredible that an exclusive luxury store they sell shoes that are on sale, “HALF PRICE” and more since December in HNWImayor stores such as Bergdorf Goodman, Saks and Neiman Marcus. I called and spoke to the store manager and the only thing he says is that he sent the information to “corporate” and does not answer any more...., I have been a client for years but I’l never buy again in the Miu Miu store directly. It’s an abuse. Dreadful customer service!
