When I walked in with some online items to return the associate that initially greeted completely changed her attitude when I told her I wanted a credit and not exchange and the cashier also gave me attitude when I stated the same and completely ignored me when I asked if they had a particular watch and then called a manager to ask if it was ok for me to return these items when I just purchased 2 weeks ago and had my receipt. Disgusting and unprofessional attitudes and when I edited the same initial associate looked at me as if I were beneath her and didn't say goodbye thank you or anything but I'm sure if I would've purchased something from her the attitude would've been completely different. What they don't know if that I spend several thousand $ a year on MK merchandise but I'll never buy it from that store.
