  i usually don’t write reviews, but its very disappointing that the few past experience on my recent visit to this Marc Jacobs location. an associate wearing glasses followed us around the store in a way that clearly felt like profiling she’s done this multiple times which is very strange since i’m in there quite often. She is very rude & condescending when i inquire about pricing. Her overall approaches always makes the entire visit uncomfortable. This was especially frustrating because on a previous visit I was helped by a thin Black woman who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She created such a positive experience that I was hoping to see her again, but instead I encountered the associate with glasses, whose behavior was the complete opposite. Because of this inconsistency in customer service and the uncomfortable treatment during my latest visit I would recommend taking the drive to the Aventura or Brickell locations, where I’ve had much better experiences.

  There was a short heavy set lady following us around the store early this afternoon, clearly profiling, she was rude and condescending when inquiring about pricing and selection of products. We left and went to Tory Burch and spent our money there instead over $400 that could have been spent in your store. Please look into your hiring process and onboarding. She does not have the personality, knowledge, and skill set to deal with the general public!!

  Well my 1st experience with Marc Jacobs was not so pleasant until I came across the Miami Store and they changed my entire experience for the better. When I 1st called the customer service I kept getting inaccurate info. When I called the Orlando, Fl location it was not so pleasant and professional. However when I contacted the Miami, Fl location I was very impressed. The consultant I was working with was Ms. Alicia Hall.. She was STELLAR AND SOOOOO AWESOME AND PROFESSIONAL. She took her time with my sale and educated me about the similar inventory. She was beyond engaged. I wish all the other representatives had the same stellar service. This young lady needs to be greatly recognized and promoted. She is the reason why I will definitely return back to Marc Jacobs. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service Ms. Alicia I will be back to your location to buy some more products with you. She made me feel like a celebrity!
