  Lulu Lemon has been my favorite clothing store for 10 years. This store has wonderful things, but the customer service is terrible. Last Saturday, I bought a medium, but the it was actually a small. I removed the tags, and when I went to exchange it, the supposed manager she told me I couldn't exchange it because it didn't have tags. I told her I've been a customer for 10 years this is the first time I heard that, She said, "I'm sorry, I can't do anything." I told her the clothes had a one-year warranty, but she still wouldn't exchange it. I went to the store in Brickell Citycenter, and they were very kind. They told me to keep the tags next time, and they exchanged it for me. This is great service, and I left so happy that I bought two more items.but cero for this store costumes service

  I had a disappointing experience at this store. I came in to shop and also inquired about two shirts I purchased a few months ago that developed unusual discoloration. Both were different styles but the same color. At first, I thought I had caused it, but when the second shirt developed the same issue (despite our careful laundry routine using free & clear/hang dry), it became clear it was likely due to the dye used in that specific color. After contacting customer support online, I was advised to visit the store, as the issue may be related to a known dye sensitivity also known as 'reactive' dye. Unfortunately, the older male associate with glasses I spoke with was immediately defensive and dismissive. He insisted I had chemically damaged the shirts, despite my explanation and purchase history showing I own several of the same shirt styles in other colors, all of which are fine. He showed no willingness to inspect the items closer or look into the issue further. In the midst of all of this, he gave a slight smile, like he was glad to refuse help (or nervous and defensive). After feeling unwelcomed, I left politely, and EASILY resolved the matter at another location, where I was treated with respect and understanding. I would NOT recommend this particular location due to the associate’s rude and condescending attitude. A little more listening, investigation, and professionalism would have gone a long way. I hope his manager gets a chance to review this. What surprises me the most is the LACK of professionalism, empathy, communication, and initiative displayed by an experienced associate? This is not how I was trained at companies like Lululemon, nor is it the standard I set when training others in my current role. Word of advice to this older male associate is to cease working in customer service and exercise their lack of empathy and common sense where it may be effective and necessary, as retail is clearly not a good fit for them. Note: I told a friend what happened and they stated the SAME associate was rude to them and others as well. Other than that, nice location with decent selection.

  Did not have a great experience with the employee who worked here. He was extremely condescending and lacks basic customer service. Won’t be back to this location unfortunately.
