  Assistant cut off a loose thread from front of the fabric of a bra and came back saying he/they did find another one of the same bra in the same size. After the purchase I noticed that the one "found in the back" that was handed to me while paying for the other items, was the exact same one just with the loose thread cut off. In the exact same spot where the one I gave him/them had a loose thread, the fabric was torn like a pair of tights you get stuck with somewhere. Doesn't feel great being lied to by someone working for a brand like lululemon. Do they think their customers are stupid? Didn't have the time to return it in store to confront the person, but this takes the joy out of wearing the new items.

  Lulu Lemon has been my favorite clothing store for 10 years. This store has wonderful things, but the customer service is terrible. Last Saturday, I bought a medium, but the it was actually a small. I removed the tags, and when I went to exchange it, the supposed manager she told me I couldn't exchange it because it didn't have tags. I told her I've been a customer for 10 years this is the first time I heard that, She said, "I'm sorry, I can't do anything." I told her the clothes had a one-year warranty, but she still wouldn't exchange it. I went to the store in Brickell Citycenter, and they were very kind. They told me to keep the tags next time, and they exchanged it for me. This is great service, and I left so happy that I bought two more items.but cero for this store costumes service
