  This review is not for Louis Vuitton products, but for this store location. I visited this location a few times, as it is the closest to me. Customer service is definitely not up to par for a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton. Whenever I go in the client advisors are usually talking amongst themselves and won't acknowledge me until I ask for assistance. When I do have questions I feel they either are not knowledgeable of the products they sell or just don't care. At least the store is clean and if you know exactly what you need, you can get in and out pretty quick. I recommend visiting the Aventura mall location instead. That location have much better service.

  No wonder Saks is filing bankruptcy, like one of the reasons is the poor customer service experience and the lack of quality of personnel working there. I went into the Louis store today to pick up and online order and I had to wait over 5 minutes for these rafters to stop taking and laughing amongst themselves to help me. SUPER gross and unprofessional behavior. Like who are they fooling they make maximum $21 an hour and you have the never to give attitude, okay. I make in a day what these claims make in a year and still not likely.
