  Beautiful products as always, but staff is inattentive and insensitive in manner of decorum. Upon entry I was greeted by two lovely gentlemen, but the rest of the experience was very hands off. I at some point utilized my phone camera in order to check my hair and a gentleman loudly yelled at me not to film, which if that were even the case, couldve been handled with more decorum. The fact that this particular store deals in more of the womens articles, youd think the employees would be more gentle and sensitive.

  I no longer want to shop at the store in the Design District. The reason is that we were not allowed to enter because it was supposedly full. However, when we eventually got inside, there were three employees available and not attending to customers. In my opinion, this is absurd and appears to be an attempt to make the store seem more exclusive. I have no interest in that and will therefore shop elsewhere.

  A really wonderful experience in store. Booked a hot stamping appointment & they were able to accommodate me on a busy Saturday during the busy Xmas/new year period. Eddie was really friendly and helpful & went the extra mile to wrap my passport cover as if it were new after the hot stamping. Thank you so much for the 5 star treatment.

  Today I went to the store to pick up the women’s wallet I had purchased. I would like to emphasize that the service provided by Alexander on the day he assisted us was truly exceptional, he was very attentive and professional. However, today’s experience was completely different. The level of service I received was, unfortunately, very mediocre. I believe the customer service provided by the staff working there should be evaluated, as the attitude and attention were not pleasant at all. Since I was already there to pick up my wallet, I was planning to purchase a perfume as well, but due to the way I was treated, it honestly took away any desire to buy anything else. Another customer who was standing next to me also seemed disappointed with the service. When visiting a luxury store, one naturally expects the service and attention to be consistent with the brand’s standards, and sadly, today’s experience did not meet those expectations.

  Pésima atención, me atendió Nicole estuve 2 semanas esperando por mi zapato en las cuales NUNCA supo decirme cuando llegaba y cuando llegó no tuvo ni la delicadeza de avisarme . Le dije más de 3 veces la talla que necesitaba, me medi el zapato todo para que me hiciera el pedido SIN ERRORES. Y cuando llegó mi zapato llegó una talla de caballero. Siendo la Louis Vuitton de dama en la Que yo estaba haciendo el pedido. Su ineptitud y mala atención fueron las consecuencias de no poder llevarme mi zapato a mi país. Me dijo que el zapato no estaba disponible en ninguna LOUIS VUITTON, al irme à la LV de caballero muy amablemente la MANAGER me buscó donde podía conseguir la talla y el zapato indicándome que podía ir a Merry park. Después de dos semanas donde la señorita no sabía ni siquiera decirme cuando me iba a llegar mi zapato.
