- MGmimi gonzalez3 days ago1.0I have my cosmetology license since 2009 ,Im being in a lot hair salon,but this one 👎🏻 Always do my hair by myself but this time I want someone to do it , for my location I was expected this is the best choice , First at all they don't have ethic at all ,3 people on the front and nothing about introduce their self or said welcome for the first time, if u expect a nice and clean salon just because is JcPenney well really disappointed!!!! The lady just take me to the chair without ask even my name , shampoo my hair just one and a little of conditioner, doesn't used any live in on my hair prior to dry and the worts part she smells as cigar .I do not recommend this place at all!!!

The main drawback is that the check-out area is quite inconvenient for such a large store and the store seems to be understaffed.
