The way she represents the brand and the store is beyond words. For my 5 year anniversary I purchased for my wife a Peekaboo bag. After 16 days I came to return it, I was told no bc it was pass 14 days return policy. I said we had covid and could not come in within 14 days. Ester could care less about this situation and told me nothing can be done. I asked to talked to a manager who promised to call me but that never happened. Greed ! I have shopped at Chanel, LV and others much better service and exchange policy. Dont shop at FENDI
