  My daughter just received her “EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT” which was anything BUT edible. The strawberries were too ripe, almost spoiled and mushy. The cantaloupe and melon tasted foul. The pineapple was FAR from ripe! The pineapple was completely bitter to taste. I contacted this establishment which sold the bouquet of fruits to us. I explained to the woman who says she is the daughter of the owner what we were experiencing and instead of being sympathetic and providing a solution, she chose to be defensive by saying things like “all the fruits were prepared fresh, that NOT ALL PINEAPPLES TASTE SWEET.” (First time in my 34 years of eating fruit have I ever been told that a pineapple which is unarguably THE sweetest fruit there is… that it’s not meant to be sweet!) she also said that “they cannot control Mother Nature on when the fruit is ripe!!!” This response has left me dumbfounded because being fruit experts.. you would think that they would know. That if a fruit isn’t ready to eat i.e. ripe enough… that it isn’t sellable if it is meant to be eaten right away! Which is what I said to her right before she said that “she cannot control Mother Nature” So I warn you all.. if you order from this establishment be prepared to receive your UNRIPE FRUIT. Smdh. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ll be returning this bouquet of UNEDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS to this joke of an establishment!

  Pedi un box de frutas con chocolates variad as, me encantaron las bananas con chocolate blanco y negro, spectacular! Los recommend totalmente para ofrecer un detalle lindo, you se lo di a mi mamá!

  Although I love their chocolate covered fruit and the girls are primarily nice, Ive had issues trying to use their coupons. I get the coupons in the mail from Valpak but they are never compatible in the store. They don't offer me an explanation or try to follow up further in regards to why they cannot accept the coupons in-store. So then theses coupons keep coming in the mail and we can't use them, without a valid reason.
