    I believe this is my first time leaving a one star review...and I'm not upset about it because this business deserves it (I'd leave zero if I could). First of all, I don't live in Miami anymore so to celebrate my mom's birthday, I thought it would be nice to send her a cake with a balloon and flowers. I know for a fact that Edible Arrangements is supposed to call the recipient before delivering, especially since they were going to be delivering cake. I read the FAQs and did all my research and the FAQs even say Edible® may leave the gift with the front desk, security, or the receptionist with specific instructions to refrigerate immediately. It does not say anything about leaving the package unattended. Their emails also say: From hand-designed to hand-delivered. This was NOT hand-delivered. So I called the store and let them know that I had received an email saying that it was delivered, but my mom wasn't home...how did they deliver this then?? The lady who answered said they probably left it at the front door and I told her a cake??? They left a cake at the front door?? She proceeded to leave me on hold for about 15 minutes, which I didn't care since she did explain that she was calling the driver and then her general manager. Well she spoke to the driver and the driver told her that she called the number she was provided with and no one answered so she left the cake outside of the door. Instead of taking the cake back to the store and calling me to let me know that no one was picking up or attempting later, she decided to be lazy and leave it by the door. A cake. The general manager didn't seem to care much either since I haven't received a call from her after leaving my number. I told the lady I would either like a refund or a redelivery because it was absurd to leave a cake outside the door....its a cake...it's perishable....and she assured me that I wouldn't be getting a refund or a redelivery. Oh the lady I spoke to? She is apparently a store manager, but doesn't know how to do her job. I'm honestly wondering how people even get these "manager" jobs...you can tell when someone doesn't like their job. Anyways I'm sad to say I've had a horrible experience with this store. If you are out of the city/state please do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering because there are a lot of 1 stars for this store….

    Worst services ever and no update on the fact that they didnt even have what i order and replace it with what ever they wanted without telling me now i have to deal with a situation that they cause by sending an I love you message when i havent even said it in person

    My children sent me an edible arrangement while I was on vacation in Miami. Two days past and I had not received it. I called my daughter and told her to cancel it and get a refund. On my way back to room I realized there was an Edible Arrangement by my room. I went by and told them what happened. My daughter happened to be on the phone with him at the same time. So apparently it was delivered to the wrong address, and the wrong people had the nerve to accept it. The owner was nice that he decided to make a new arrangement while I was there. BTW they were closed as I was walking in. That’s what I call customer service.

    The arrangement got delivered at 9 pm... I called them at 3 pm and the lady said it was on the way. I called again at 5 pm and she stated again that it was on the way.. when i ask her how the “arrangement “ was going to stay fresh for so many hours in a car she stated that their vans had refrigerators. Well fast forward to 9 pm the delivery was made in a normal car, the arrangement was disgusting!! Oooo and when i called both times i was on hold for 30 min. Horrible customer service
