- LCLauren CelentanoNov 28, 20251.0I’m extremely disappointed with Edible Arrangements. They tried to charge the person who sent me a gift $15 simply because I didn’t answer the phone for delivery. I’m a new mother with a one-week-old infant — I cannot always be next to my phone, and the idea that a gift sender should be penalized because of that is unreasonable and unfair. A company that specializes in delivering gifts should have a more understanding and flexible policy, especially when the recipient has no control over the situation. This experience took the joy out of what was meant to be a thoughtful gesture. I won’t be recommending Edible Arrangements after this.
