But what made the experience was Latoya, the sales assistant. She was kind knowledgeable and patient which was necessary since Shopping for my Goliath ain't easy🙃 Money well spent!

The only glitch, and it wasn’t a big one, was that earlier in the day I received an text from DXL with an offer to donated gently used clothes and get 20% off my entire purchase. When I told the other sales clerk about that she said that the promotion had ended. But I told her I just got the text this morning. She went online and saw that it was active and so I donated five pairs of pants and got 20% off my total purchase. But the organization needs to communicate better with the retail stores and let the store employees know when a promotion is still on. Quite honestly, I would have walked out if I didn’t get the 20% discount. But all worked out well in the end. And again, Latoya was super helpful.

- LTLevent TSep 1, 20254.0If you are XXL and looking good quality products, this is the place you have to stop by But one negative experience, the lady in the store who is working when we were there, a little bit off the grid I tried a shirt which was packed I opened that and tried I didn’t like it and I gave to her and she asked can I bring from the fitting room packaging clips and papers !!!!::)))) I said, “you want me to bring those to you?” and she said “yes” ::::))))) No comment !!!!! I did For that reason quality of the service 1 over 10
