  Customer service is really bad. I was waiting outside the store to open and one of the employees needed to get in from the outside. She didn’t even say good morning nor did she acknowledge anybody. Once inside, I needed to complete a return for an online order, it wasn’t until a few minutes of me struggling to find the email that the employee told me she can look it up through my phone number. I was like: are you serious?! Why wouldn’t you ask for my phone number since the beginning. Common sense and common decency is not so common anymore.

  Para nada recomendable el personal de esta tienda, entre y me tomo por sorpresa el grito de una de las empleadas de la caja , ¡ YA FALTAN MINUTOS PARA CERRAR ! En pésima forma y mala actitud para nada profesional. Lastimosamente una tienda con tan buena calidad de productos , tengan empleados tan mal educados.Por mi parte no regreso nuevamente. Ojala y la dirección pueda ver esto y así hagan una mejor elección de personal para trabajar en dicho lugar

  I have been a DSW customer for years - I actually worked at DSW when I was in college and I went on to have a 15 year career at Target as a Manager. Tonight, I experienced what was 0 customer service. I walked in at 7:45pm with my son, and at the door there was the “‘Manager,” Raul, who gave me a look when I asked “Oh you close at 8pm let me hurry.” Not a smile, not a can I help you find what you are looking for? Just a look, and an eyebrow raise. I had already shopped online for the 2 shoes that I selected for my son, and just needed to try them on in store, therefore I chose to come in instead of doing the free in store pick up option. I selected my shoes and headed to check out. The cashier, a female, rung up the items and I realized that it rung up for more than the price online. When I showed her my phone, she called over the “Manager” Raul to assist. Raul made no effort and simply told me that I had to purchase the shoes online. I then offered to purchase the shoes online in the moment and asked if my order could be fulfilled on the spot. Raul stated no, and said I would need to return the following day. Again, he made no effort to help me, the customer. In a day and age where retail is incredibly competitive, including a kids Foot Locker in the same shopping plaza, I can’t believe the lack of customer service that was displayed. Raul lacks this completely and is a poor example of a true store leader. I will not shop at DSW until my concerns are addressed and accountability is taken.

  Raul help me check out and guided me. I really appreciated him checking my shoe size before I purchased it. You guys have a great employee here thank you.
