- ACAngel CanoOct 16, 20251.0I bought 3 pairs of brooks shoes in this place for $449.27 , I have to exchange one of them for a bigger size, all of them were treated with a protective treatment with a machine they have. Those people refused to treat the new pair of shoe for free even though was an exchange and the one returned with the treatment after expending with them 450.00 just for $8.00 I don’t know what business is this. We decided to return all shoes and get the refund. The store manager (Cynthia ) was very unhelpful, no empathy at all, and unprofessional. They are not loyal to customer at all. This review is not for the cost of the treatment y just for lack of customer services, and lack of purpose of business, extremely disappointing with this store
