Dr. Martens is an iconic British footwear brand founded in Northamptonshire, England. Its first silhouette, the 1460 boot - named after the date it was produced - rolled off the production line on 1st April 1960. Originally chosen by workers for their air-cushioned comfort and durability, “Doc’s” or “DM’s” boots and shoes were later adopted by musicians and subcultural pioneers who took them from the street to the global stage.

    Good service for trying out the differents shoes and boots. But the comissions took over at the end of the transaction. My friend had 2 pairs of boots, I had one pair of shoes and we added 2 pairs of socks. Quite a good bill you would think... All on the same. Close to $1000 total. Then she proceeded to sell the little extras, fair enough. She sold a product to protect the leather for the 2 pairs of boots and my friend said Yes. It's not too expensive and it's worth keeping the boots in good shape. She asked if I wanted a product for the shoes too, to which I said Yes. But, I would think she'd be selling the right product. Nope, she sold me a product that MUST NOT be used on the shoes I bought. Either Absolutely unprofessional, or ignorant. I hope it is ignorance, but the way she pushed for even more extra sales makes me think it was badfaith... If this review was for Dr Martens brand, I'd give 3 or 4 stars, because the product is great and Customer Service online was absolutely helpful and understanding. But it is to review the store, therefore, the good service got killed by the badfaith of the salesperson. I'd absolutely go back again, BUT chances are I'd turn into a Karen if I was helped by the same person.

    I had an incredible experience at Dr. Martens - Aventura Mall. The customer service was absolutely 10/10 — truly phenomenal. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and professional at all times. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in and were consistently attentive to every detail, making sure customers felt comfortable and well assisted.

    They have all the sizes in all the styles. Too bad the Docs aren't made like they use to be.

    My experience at the store was amazing. Noy went above and beyond and Marianne was great as well. I will definitely be coming back my next pair here!
