  Definitely needs more training. The front door person dressed in all black asked if I wanted to see the store or the café and I told her I wanted to see the store. I asked her if they sell sunglasses in which her response was, “I’m not a sales person”. You don’t need to be a sales person to know if they sell sunglasses, or know an answer to simple general question about the store that you work at. There could have been a more professional response. Furthermore, the staff were very inattentive. No greeting, people just standing there. Had to ask the lady where the sunglasses to which she pointed and not direct me. No one seemed to care to help. I had to ask her again if she could help. Miu Miu & Versace were a much better and professional experience before I came here.

  City Place Dior sales is RUDE . One staff member, young and unprofessional standing at the door. I wanted a sample of Rose Star so I don't blind but online. The girl said they don't give out or make samples and if they did it won't be for this weekend because they are dry. Retrain your staff at City Place.

  Not a high-end level of service. No one opens the door, no one greets you upon entering, and the staff just stares at incoming customers with sour expressions. The team is clearly not properly trained to work in a boutique of this caliber. I won’t even mention the way the products are presented — with an attitude that suggests you’re “interrupting them from doing nothing.” This refers to the staff that was working in the evening on December 30, 2025.

  Unfortunately, my recent visit to the boutique was disappointing due to the level of service. I came to the store to look for a gift; however, the sales associate showed little interest in assisting me. On the clothing floor, I asked to try on a top and inquired whether there was a shorter alternative available, as I do not prefer longer styles. The associate replied that no such options exist and walked away without making any effort to show other models or provide assistance. While I was in the fitting room, the associate knocked on the door and rushed me to finish because another client had arrived, which made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Additionally, upon entering the boutique, I was not offered water or coffee, which is typically expected in a luxury retail environment. It is difficult to understand how a boutique of this caliber can allow such a low standard of service. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff did not reflect the status or values of the brand. For reference, the associate’s name was John.
