I was ignored twice, not greeted by staff, and watched multiple white customers who came in after me get helped immediately. When someone finally approached us, we were rushed, and the associates didn’t even understand the sizing I was asking for. The way I was treated made it feel like I couldn’t afford anything in the store. So we left and went to Tiffany instead and ordered Hardware bracelets over the Madison because at least they treated us with respect.
