  Purchased numerous shoes from this location. Wore the dress shoes once and the ball came out of the bar and bar was lost. Called and spoke to a sales associate. Was instructed to send photos of the top and bottom of shoes and that replacement would be sent to store, then sent to my home. That was April 8. Called back April 24th to check status and was told that they would look into it and ‘call me right back’. Of course, I never got a call back. Then called May 7th to check on status again, was told they were very busy, but would call me later that day or the following day. And surprise, no call. Thank god LV, Fendi, and Hermes don’t act like this. Horrible customer service.

  ⸻ I am beyond disappointed with Christian Louboutin — both in product quality and in their completely unacceptable customer service. A heel broke after only 5 months of minimal use. This is not “wear and tear” — this is a clear defect. For a brand charging luxury prices, this is frankly embarrassing. What’s worse is how they handled it. I submitted multiple clear photos, exactly as requested, only to be repeatedly told they were “not sufficient.” This is nothing but a tactic to avoid taking responsibility. Instead of standing behind their product, they hide behind excuses. The customer service team was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly arrogant. No accountability, no effort to resolve the issue — just a complete lack of respect for the customer. Let’s be honest: when you charge premium prices, you are expected to deliver premium quality and service. Christian Louboutin failed at both. If your products can’t last a few months and your solution is to brush customers off, then this is not a luxury brand — it’s just expensive branding with no substance behind it. I will not be purchasing again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their money.

  I gave them a call and asked for a shoe, and guess what? They had it in stock! Since I was just a 15-minute drive away, I decided to swing by. The shoe was ready for me to buy, and Natalie and the Ukraine girl (I can’t remember her name) were so helpful at the register. They were all smiles and friendly, and I really appreciate it! Thanks, everyone!

  Very disappointed, came all the way here today just to buy boots. Their Google page says they are open and no mention anywhere about not being open but I get here and they have a sign on the door they are closed. If they are closed they should mark as temporarily closed and not waste peoples day.

  I had an amazing experience today at the Design District location thanks to Nathalia. I came in to do an exchange from an online order, with no intention of possibly purchasing a new pair of heels, and she made the entire process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Nathalia was not only professional, but also so warm, kind, and attentive. She went above and beyond—bringing out multiple styles for me to try, encouraging me to walk in each pair to make sure the fit was perfect, and making me feel completely comfortable and cared for the entire time. Her patience and genuine friendliness truly stood out. Because of her exceptional service, I ended up purchasing two new pairs of heels that I absolutely love. Experiences like this are the reason I will continue shopping exclusively at the Design District location. Nathalia made my visit unforgettable—truly top-tier customer service.
