I had purchased a pair of shoes online and needed a smaller size so I went to and visited the boutique. Valentina assisted me with the return and my new shoes were supposed to be sent out.
Unfortunately, the process continued to drag on, and I contacted the boutique. Valentina assisted me promptly and notified me that she would send me the shipping information once the shoes were sent out.
Fast-forward to a week later and out of nowhere, the order was mysteriously canceled. I reached back out to Valentina again who immediately responded and addressed the issue quickly.
She found the shoes in the size and color I wanted and had them sent to me overnight. I cannot say enough good things about her going above and beyond for me.
Truly exceptional customer service and this will be the only Louboutin Boutique I will be using going forward.

Purchased a pair of shoes at Galeries Lafayette in Paris in Sept 2025. Wore the shoes maybe five or six times. The “ball” on the end of the buckle came off and was lost (see photos). Brought to the CL store in Miami Design District. They were able to pull up my original purchase receipt from the Paris location. Required me to pay $38.00 to send out for a replacement. I was a bit shocked that they don’t stand by their products after such a short period of time. The rep in the store told me that she could provide me with the cobbler in France they request the replacement part from and I can request it myself. Nice. I paid the fee and now waiting (approximately two months, she said) for the part to be delivered. Another sales rep told me that this has happened to others and that maybe I could glue it on. I’m not sharing the price I paid for these shoes as they were a very expensive “gift” to myself for a recent career achievement, but let’s just say they were very expensive in my opinion.
Update: I did receive a new attachment for the bar. Danny in their USA Customer Service group was very responsive and helpful. I still am a bit peeved that I was charged $38 for the replacement.

You have a bunch of people here who don't want to help. Just now, on 11/2 at 4:30, two workers (1 male, 1 female) tell me that they can't do a re-finishing because the shoes were bought at a Saks.
That made no sense as a month ago, at the same location, a worker told me to bring the shoes in so they could send them out for refinishing. That was irrespective of where they were bought.
I told your workers this and they then said - "we don't have the ability to send them out as the supplier is backed up."
So it had nothing to do with the fact that it was bought at Saks, they simply did not want to help.
Extremely frustrating as there's no other boutique in the area. Louboutin should do better
