Our SA, Tracy, was just a delight to be around. She has been working for Chanel since she was 17 and she's 60 now. She told us so much history and stories about the place. Every perfume we tested she told us the inspiration of fragrance and the story behind it. She was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Definitely recommend finding her or requesting her!
