    I have had my bracelet there for repair. I got notified that it was ready. I was originally told they would mail it to me because I do not live in Miami. I’ve called multiple times and twice got hung up on. I’ve emailed also and no response. The service is horrible I just want my bracelet back that was repaired.

    My experience at Cartier Miami Design District was extremely disappointing. The sales associate, Erin, was unprofessional and showed no interest in helping me. From the moment we interacted, she seemed annoyed every time I asked a question. Her responses were minimal, dismissive, and at times she did not respond at all. I felt uncomfortable and genuinely unwelcome, as if asking about multiple products was an inconvenience to her. What made the experience worse was the clear sense of superiority and indifference in her attitude, which is completely unacceptable for a luxury brand of this level. Customers should feel valued and respected, regardless of how many questions they ask. This was far from the luxury experience Cartier is known for. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the brand.

    I visited the Cartier boutique to replace the cord on my Trinity bracelet and was warmly welcomed by Konstantino. He was extremely hospitable, attentive, and professional, and kindly shared insights about the boutique’s new design. The entire experience was pleasant and refined. Thank you for the excellent service.

    I had a truly phenomenal experience with the Cartier service team. I’ve been a Cartier client for decades and previously worked with their New York location, but my recent experience here absolutely exceeded expectations. Kat was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what my watch needed, which instantly put me at ease. As a New Yorker, I’ll admit I always come in with a little hesitation about being overcharged, but she was transparent, thoughtful, and made the entire process feel collaborative and fair. There was a small hiccup while she was briefly out of the office, and she resolved it immediately, making me feel genuinely valued as a client. The store itself is beautiful, and the service department could not have been more professional or welcoming. Watch servicing is never something people look forward to, but this experience was seamless and reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service department, and this experience truly cemented my loyalty to Cartier.

    I purchased a pendant at the Cartier Miami Design District boutique on December 21, 2025. Unfortunately, the purchase was not properly registered and does not appear in my Cartier online account, despite my contact details being provided at the time of sale. In addition, the overall in-store experience was disappointing for a luxury boutique. The payment was processed in the main showroom area in a rushed and uncomfortable manner, without the level of privacy one would expect. The item was also provided without proper festive or holiday packaging, which significantly diminished what should have been a special purchase. I have contacted Cartier multiple times by email and through the website but have received no response. This situation negatively affected my holiday experience and undermined my confidence in Cartier’s service standards.
