- VCValeria CharJul 9, 20181.0I went to the miami airport Hugo boss on 07-09-2018 at 14:06:34 and it was the worst costumer service ever the women working there was so mean and selfish it was a horrible experience my mother felt insulted and after we left we tried to talk to someone so that they would help us with this situation and my mom couldn’t even talk, she couldn’t stop crying and I felt so bad. I had no idea I could experience so much anger in just 10 minutes, the worst 10 minutes of my life.
