I gifted my friend something and he was not able to return the gift even though it was purchased and gifted 1 week apart. Ozzy refused to allow me to return the item and instead initiated an exchange. Ozzy further informed me that he was not able to override the exchange because he had already processed an exchange and the item could no longer be returned.

This action prevented me from receiving the full $140 and utilizing the current discount being offered by the store. Ozzy further informed me that he was unable to rectify the situation because he had already processed an exchange and the item could no longer be returned. I had both the receipt and the stickers for the item. I did not sign for the exchange either.
