Had a great experience at Alo. The cashier really made the visit—so friendly, patient, and professional. You can tell there’s strong leadership here because everything runs smoothly: the store is calm and welcoming, everything is neat and well organized, and the team works together like they’re on the same page. I left in a good mood and I’ll definitely be back.

Horrible experience - better to buy online or at other store - The manager Kevin was unexpectedly and unnecessarily rude . The lady at the cashier was super sweet and nice , she saw how rude Kevin was towards us . Please avoid this store - Kevin claims this to be his store so he will treat you horribly unnecessarily- we will never go back to this store - no need for rudeness. Thank you.

Worst experience ever! The associate was rude,didn't know her name. Latina, dark curly hair, short. She didn't even say hi or make eye contact. I asked for a printed receipt,she rolled her eyes and told me that I was getting the email receipt. I asked nicely once again; I needed a paper copy. She shook her head and gave me the receipt. Did I ask too much? If you are not happy working there, leave. I will never go back to that location. You don’t even deserve one star.
